An initial nutrition counseling visit can be scheduled during your Clarity Call, or a scheduling link to request an appointment time can be emailed after the phone call.

LOCATION: In The Old High School at 14 School Street, Suite 101A, Bristol, Vermont. The building is located behind the Village Green. Enter the doors facing the Green.
ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible parking. There is a ramp available to reach the front door. The office suite is on the ground floor. The front door to get into the building is not automated. Please reach out with any accessibility concerns.
